When my daughter and I walked into the Boomerang Diner in Bartlesville this week, it felt like stepping into another time. From the checkered floors to the seafoam green gallery walls to the shiny red furniture, every corner of the restaurant was decorated to the hilt and gave bright and cheery 1950s vibes.
